You see that Step No. 4 is technically impossible for me because I work with my phone and I don't get distracted by notifications rather it comes from thought in my head.

Sometimes I will just feel like leaving what am doing to check my social media.

Other times it will come when I face a small hurdle, the thought would ask me to leave my task and come back later .

How can resolve this??

It happens to almost everyone and the usual advice is 'block all notifications'' ... Which is good ( and a crucial first step) but everything has to start from your mind.

Is what you are working on more important? Or is checking out social media most Important?

You can start by calmly filtering through your thoughts then put down everything that needs to be done that day and put a deadline.

But what if it has turned into an addiction.

Or like feeling to make you feel good that you're working.

Because I think this distraction are good but in the same way I end up getting caught in the mix.

Like I said ... It has to start from your mind.

And productivity isnt always busy.

You just have to filter through and place priorities.
